Nitrate Free Corned Beef
Corned Beef with white sauce and veg is one of our favourites, especially because it’s nitrate free and of course K2beef.
“K2 Beef- higher eating” from Kandanga Farm in the Mary Valley is fully certified organic & entirely grass-fed, born and raised on the farm – therefore extremely low food miles. They are grazed ethically using low stress, holistic practices with regenerative animal & land management systems. They have never be exposed to any synthetic chemical or GMO at any stage during their life or even during processing – that means no chemicals are applied to them or any of their (pasture) or during the processing.
Why K2 Beef, K2 vitamin has been referred to as the “missing link” vitamin. It’s found in animal fats and organs and some fermented food, however once grain is added to the diet (as is common in many production systems), the k2 is lost.
K2 Beef is processed by their butcher and frozen immediately locking in the goodness.
Meat is supplied frozen. Defrost in the fridge. Freezing, as close to processing as possible, also significantly reduces histamines in food which is essential for anyone with a histamine intolerance.
